“George has been excellent to work with, not only did he understand the project, he was able to suggest ways in which we could improve what and how we were working with one another digitally.”
THE PROBLEM
Does any of this sound familiar?
Your team is drowning in subscriptions
Calendly, Trello, Notion, Zapier, Slack. Each one costs money. Each one needs managing. Each one is another password to remember.
Nobody knows where anything is
Files in OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams, and someone’s desktop. Three versions of the same document. Which one is current?
Meetings eat your week
Back-to-back calls. No time to actually do the work. The calendar owns you, not the other way around.
Tasks fall through the cracks
Someone said they’d do it. Was it in an email? A Teams message? A meeting? Nobody remembers. Nothing gets done.
Onboarding takes forever
New starter? Here are 12 different logins, 8 different tools, and a prayer that they figure it out.
You’re paying for features you don’t use
Microsoft 365 can do all of this. But nobody showed you how. So you keep paying for other tools instead.
THE SOLUTION
A team that gets a Friday afternoon back

Visual task management. Drag, drop, done. No Trello required.
To-do lists that sync

Automation in Power Automate
Connect your tools. Automate the boring stuff. No Zapier needed.
Forms that actually work
Collect responses, trigger workflows, store data. All built in.
Custom apps in Power Apps

HOW IT WORKS
A short, focused engagement. Three steps. Roughly four weeks.

TESTIMONIALS
What clients have said about working with us
We had been utilising a combination of tools to manage our projects, XL Spreadsheets, Word Documents, MS Teams messaging, and emails. This was time consuming, with constant updates and duplication of work and as our company expanded, became unmanageable.
We started to look around at the Project Management tools available, but none met our requirements and we did not have the time or expertise to develop a bespoke system.
Then we met George at Greenwood Online, who has been an absolute dream to work with and we now have the bespoke, streamlined, efficient, project management tool we desired. Case Manager has been developed to ensure we have a ‘One Stop Shop’ tailored to ensure each team member has access to the areas they require, notifications at key stages, with management overview in one place.
George’s support throughout the development and introduction of this new system has been second to none and George continues to assist in anyway he can as, one month down the line, and as we work through our process, we find small areas for improvement.
We’re almost there – and would highly recommend George.
To manage our project we were using spreadsheets and colour coding which worked well enough but was a little clunky, I had to manually send reminders to team to update and had trouble viewing if more than one person was using it at the same time.
Bringing the system onto a Microsoft Planner has helped me to manage the whole process much more smoothy:
a) automatically send out reminders for team to check and update their areas
b) automatically send teams their individual tasks and due dates
c) easily update to add / edit tasks as well as assign team members to tasks.
I’m also able at a glance to see where jobs are up to and if there are team members behind (or ahead) on certain areas. It helps to build accountability and all of us are “singing from the same hymn sheet”.
It has been exceptionally helpful with team working remotely, as there are fewer opportunities to touch base in an office, this has helped to keep accountability with those who I am not directly line managing but helps us all keep to deadlines.
George at Greenwood Online has been excellent to work with, not only did he understand the project, he was able to suggest ways in which we could improve what and how we were working with one another digitally.
Following his successful work supporting colleagues in other departments, we engaged George at Greenwood Online to consult on improvements to our Teams Lists used for managing event bookings and payments.
George took the time to understand our requirements and the challenges we were facing and quickly proposed a solution that not only addressed the requested enhancements but also automated many tasks that had previously been completed manually.
Throughout the short development period, George kept us regularly informed of progress, and we continued to discuss additional requirements as they emerged. He later met with us to demonstrate the system, walking us through a range of scenarios that quickly and effectively trained us in its operation.
Nothing was too much trouble for George, and we are delighted with the end product from which we are already reaping significant benefits.
ABOUT
Meet our founder
I’ve worked in tech since I left school (bar 2 years as a project manager) both internal IT and at different MSP’s.
I love seeing tech do what it’s meant to do and thats make our lives easier not harder.
This desire is in all our projects and we only deploy what your happy with and will make an impact to saving time and money.
Some of the things I’ve automated:
- Moving end user mailboxes from the cloud to on site email servers with low internet bandwidth
- Auto creating jobs for team members to improve quality of work by providing a checklist and documentation to properly complete the job
- Notifications of upcoming calendar entries to MS Teams channels so everybody is aware of upcoming events
Would love to chat about what’s causing friction in your teams and where we can reduce them for you.
FAQ
What happens in the review?
We’ll discuss your bottle necks, things that slow down your team or work that is regularly needing ‘rework’ and how introducing some automation can save time and reduce the need go back over tasks that have already been completed.
How long does the whole process take?
That will depend on the scope and number of users:
– Just need a few automations to create more consistent work: likely around 2 weeks
– Need a full app and specific permissions and functionality: closer to 1 month
What does a Microsoft 365 solution include?
Microsoft 365 comes with a suite of cloud tools and we implement whatever might be needed.
Read below to see what each tool does
- Lists – similar to Excel, works as a database to store records, with helpful views and formatting
- Power Automate – if it lives in Microsoft 365 it can be manipulated or changed, auto create files and folders, fill in templates, notify on specific dates, auto post to teams and many more
- PowerApps – have your own internal business app keeping work consistent and easy to navigate
- Planner – kanban project management, see a birds eye view of work between team members and where things might get blocked so you can get ahead and keep things moving
- Forms – capture relevant data so delays are minimal because you have everything you need to keep progressing
What happens after the demo?
Along with the demo we’ll also provide a quote for the work, if you’re happy to move forward, then we’ll send an invoice for a deposit of 25% of the agreed price.
As we near finishing development, we’ll send another invoice for 50% of the agreed price to lock in a go live date.
Once go live has completed we’ll send a final invoice for 25% of the agreed price.
What happens if the solution breaks?
We include a month’s free support for the solution to iron out any problems/oversight.
After that support is £50 an hour.
Change requests are billed based on the scale of change.
